Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen Jumbo Lump Crab, thawed and drained prior to measuring
- 1 Can (4 oz) Diced Roasted Green Chiles, drained
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or a blend)
- 2 Large Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- About 25 Scoop Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the crab and chips in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Add the crab and gently fold to combine, using a rubber spatula.
- Evenly fill the tortilla shells with the filling, about one heaping teaspoon per shell.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes, until heated through and cheese is fully melted.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
