Our process begins with careful harvesting. Our crabs are responsibly sourced from local fishermen, with fresh catches delivered daily to ensure peak quality and freshness. We follow this by then steam cooking and meticulous hand-picking to preserve each piece of crab meat. The meat is then hand-packed into airtight, hermetically sealed cans and pasteurized using a precisely controlled thermal process. This method safely eliminates naturally occurring pathogens while maintaining exceptional flavor and texture, resulting in an extended shelf life of up to 18 months.
