Ingredients
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Scallion (Green Onion), thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons Seafood Seasoning, like Old Bay Brand
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 16 ounces Lump Crab Meat
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, hot sauce and 1 ½ cups of cheese and blend until fully combined with no lumps.
- Add the crab meat and scallion, gently fold to combine using a rubber spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to baking dishes and cover with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
- Place under a medium broiler, about 4” from the element and cook about 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the dip is heated through.
- Garnish with additional scallion and serve with crostini, pretzel chips, or crackers.
- In a mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, add cream cheese and blend until smooth and no lumps.
